We are hiring for the following roles:

Apprentice Baker
We are looking for an apprentice baker with some experience to work 2-3 days a week whilst we train you.
We are looking for someone young and passionate about baking that is keen to learn how to bake cakes among other various bread and pastry products.

Pizza Chef
what we need :
- Experience of Neapolitan style dough and pizza making using a wood-fired oven (preferably at least a year)
-Experience working with the Mother / Pasta Madre / Lievito madre
-Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
-Able to work under pressure
-Maintain high health & safety and hygiene standards
-Be personable and well presented as the kitchen is on display
-Fluent English and full eligibility to work in the UK is required.
